Who are "The terrordactyls"
The
terrordactyls are Tyrel Stendahl and Michael Cadiz. Sometimes
our friends play with us so we sound better. Currently we are playing
with our old friend Jaron Berliner.

Where
did the bands name come from?
we made that name up in early high school. It was just as dumb
in the year 2001 as it is now.
I
enjoy your single "Overcast Summer", is there a
story behind the song?
That
was a song I wrote about a girl I met in summer camp, it was
then stolen by the band "The Pharmacy" and released
on their Overcast Summer 7" record.
We decide to record it better to spite them.
Who
are some of your musical influences?
We listen to all sorts of stuff from pop country to high school
marching bands, and Christmas songs.
Before
there was a band, what were you both doing in your lives?
We've been in bands since middle school, but during We've both
held various jobs. I was designer for a Preschool TV show for a
bit, and Michael studied music and is really good at making coffee.

What
does blogging mean to you? and are there other ways that you
share with your fans?
Blogging is something we do when we find something we do when
we find something on Youtube that we think is too amazing not to
share...and keep people posted on whatever stupid things we're
doing that we might of thought we cool at 2am.
We always like meeting new friends on tour and cooking food with
people, I think that's a much better way to share.
What
do "Signature" KAZOOOOS
mean to the band? and did you enjoy it.
We still get super excited about our signature kazoos. They are
super fancy and it makes us feel special. We are also very grateful
to our sponsor Kazoobie kazoos for giving us kazoo we can give
out kazoos at shows.
Last
Year, you were apart of the Portable film festival, how as that?
any feedback?
it was neat to see our dorky little video to all the other sweet
sweet videos. I never heard about us winning any prizes so it must
not of been that good.
How
is life on the road? Tourin' ain't easy?
We really like touring, and seeing friends all over the country.
It's just the two us us most of the time so I think it's easier
for us than most. We're pretty low-key and love eating a large
breakfast at diners.
Talk
to me about your New album? Are you happy that its finally done?
new album?? we made a little tour ep..but it's pretty much just
demos of songs we're working on for a real release, which seems
to be further and further away.
What
does 2009 mean for the band?
good things I hope...and maybe a new album. probably a little west
coast tour sometime this summer and in late fall we're going to
Europe to tour as a band for the first time.
Any
last words?
